Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of freshly brewed briar broth, 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of calvados
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and briar
