According to the 2009 Appellation, the Prosecco name can be applied onto to vineyards of this specific region. Glera grapes are gathered by hand and subjected to fermentation in a vacuum, which allows the flavor to be preserved for much longer. MARTINI PROSECCO is distinguished by its expressive aroma, with notes of white spring flowers, green apple and citrus, and has a pleasant taste with a gentle fruit overtone and subtle mineral aftertaste. Ideal when paired with seafood and hard cheeses.
