Cocktail recipe

Place 2 blackberries, 2 strawberries, 1 bar spoon of bilberries and 5 mint leaves and into a red wine glass

Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle

Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
4.
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of white rum
5.
Top up with champagne and stir gently

Top up with crushed ice

Garnish with raspberries, bilberries and redcurrants
