Place seeds from a half of pomegranate into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of violet syrup and 1.5 oz of gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Pour 2 oz of heavy cream and 0.15 oz of caramel syrup into the shaker
Give it a good dry shake
Use a bar spoon to layer on creamy foam
Garnish with a chocolate spiral
