Composition of cocktail:

Absinthe

Simple syrup Monin
1 oz

Lemon juice
1 oz

Lemon zest
1 piece

Crushed ice
5 oz

Ice cubes
7 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
2.
Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of absinthe into a shaker
3.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
4.
Strain into the rocks glass
5.
Top up with crushed ice
6.
Garnish with an absinthe spoon and lemon zest
