Place 3 green basil leaves into a shaker
Add 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1.5 oz of green chartreuse, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur and 0.15 oz of absinthe
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with a green basil leaf
