Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 1.5 cl of lime juice, 12 cl of pineapple juice, 0.5 cl of grenadine syrup, 1.5 cl of cherry liqueur, 1 cl of triple sec liqueur, 1 cl of benedictine and 3 cl of gin into a shaker
Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the chilled sling glass
Garnish with a small pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
