Cocktail recipe

Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Zwack Unicum into a highball glass

Light up a culinary torch over the cocktail and squeeze oil from 1 lemon zest and 2 orange zests over it
3.
Fill the glass with crushed ice
4.
Top up with club soda and stir gently
5.
Top up with ice
6.
Garnish with a cucumber stripe and a mint sprig
