Composition of cocktail:

Simple syrup Monin

Lemon juice
0.5 oz

Sprite
3.5 oz

Watermelon
2.5 oz

Ice cubes
12 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
2.
Place the pulp of a watermelon wedge into a shaker and muddle
3.
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.35 oz of sugar syrup
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Strain into the sling glass
6.
Top up with Sprite and stir gently
7.
Garnish with a small watermelon wedge
