Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 1 oz of Oloroso sherry into the mixing glass
3.
Add 1 oz of pear liqueur and 1 oz of pineapple rum
4.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
5.
Strain into the rocks glass
