Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 2 bar spoons of mascarpone cheese into a shaker

Pour in 5 quail egg yolks, 0.25 oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of dark cacao liqueur, 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur and 1 oz of cognac

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
