Add 1 dash of orange flower water, 1 dash of salt tincture, 0.75 oz of soju, and 0.75 oz of grappa
Gently shake without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a chrysanthemum and thyme sprig
