Place 0.3 oz of full-leaf green tea and 3 oz of milk into the pitcher
Mix and heat without reaching a boil
Pour 0.7 oz of sugar syrup and 3 oz of tea into the shaker
Add 0.35 oz of cognac and 1 oz of soju
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Pour through a strainer and sieve into a chilled glass
Garnish with a thyme sprig and anise
