Pour 1.5 oz of homemade grapefruit-dill cordial, 1 oz of gentian, and 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters into the shaker
Add 0.06 oz of salt, 1 oz of maurin quina, and 0.5 oz of grappa
Fill the shaker with ice, close, and roll in a vertical position from one hand to the other for several minutes
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and fill to the top with apple cider
Garnish with a sprig of dill
