Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of Benedictine and 1.5 oz of gin into a shaker
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with small orange wedges and a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
