Spray the inside and outside of the rocks glass with absinthe
Pour 0.3 oz of sugar syrup and 3 dashes of absinthe into the mixing glass
Add in 3 dashes of Peychauds bitters, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 1.5 oz of homemade oil and tonka bean-washed cognac
Melt the wax from the honeycomb and add 8-9 drops into the glass
Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a cocktail spoon
Strain into the rocks glass
Serve in a bowl with a piece of white chocolate
