Place an ice ball into the rocks glass
Pour 0.3 oz of amaro, 0.5 oz of Pedro Jimenez sherry, and 2 dashes of whisky bitters into a shaker
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 0.5 of London dry gin, and 1 oz of homemade tobacco bourbon
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into a glass
