One fountain is prepared for 6 servings of absinthe
Place mint leaves into the absinthe fountain and fill it to the top with ice cubes
Pour in 3 oz of lemon juice and 5 oz of sugar syrup
Top up with club soda and stir gently
Pour 6 oz of absinthe into a goblet glass
Place an absinthe spoon with cane sugar cube onto the goblet glass
Place the goblet glass under the valve and pour 5 oz of the cocktail from the fountain through the sugar cube
