Fill the cognac glass to the top with crushed ice
Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 dash of apple cider vinegar, and 0.25 oz of amaro into the shaker
Add 3 dashes of fennel bitters, 0.75 oz of rhubarb liqueur, and 2 oz of London dry gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake carefully
Pour through a strainer into the cognac glass
Garnish with a mint sprig and an orchid flower
