Add 0.5 oz of green chartreuse, 0.75 oz of homemade hops-infused white vermouth, and 2 oz of london dry gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into a chilled clay pot
Garnish with a mint sprig and close with a lid
