Rim a champagne saucer with coconut flakes
Place 1/4 of a peeled and chopped banana into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup, 0.75 oz of coconut liqueur and 1.25 oz of gold rum
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with a banana wheel and a mint sprig
