Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice
Pour 0.7 oz of sugar syrup, 1.7 oz of orange juice, and 0.7 oz of lemon juice into a shaker
Add 0.8 oz of quail egg whites and 1.3 oz of Islay single-malt whisky
Gently shake without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with saffron and half a passionfruit
