Islay single malt whisky

Amaro
0.75 oz

Aphrodite bitters
0.06 oz

Lemon zest

Ice cubes

Cocktail recipe
1.
Pour 0.75 oz of amaro into a mixing glass
2.
Add 2 dashes of Aphrodite bitters and 1 oz of single-malt Scotch whisky
3.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
4.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
5.
Garnish with lemon zest
