Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
Place 1 chopped feijoa into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 3.5 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup and 1 oz of sugar syrup
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the sling glass
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with a feijoa wedge
