Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of honey, and 0.3 oz of kumquat jam into the shaker
Add 1 oz of cold smoked tea and 1.5 oz of single-malt whisky
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain through a strainer and sieve into a chilled rocks glass
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a sugared kumquat on a skewer
