Pour 1.5 oz of lapsang souchong, 0.75 oz of cherry syrup and 4 oz of tawny port into a milk pitcher
Add 0.35 oz of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon and 3 cloves
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Finely strain into an Irish coffee glass
Garnish with two green apple wedges
