Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 4 bar spoons of sea buckthorn and 6 mint leaves into an irish coffee glass

2.

Pour in 1 oz hazelnut syrup and 2 oz gin

3.

Top up with hot assam tea and stir gently

4.

Garnish with a mint sprig
