Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of pisco into a shaker

Give it a good dry shake

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again

4.

Strain into a chilled sour glass

5.

Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
