A bottle should serve about 10 rocks glasses
Pour 7 oz of honey vinegar and 2 oz of mandarin vinegar into the blender
Add 5 oz of agave syrup and 13 oz of homemade vanilla mezcal
Blend gently
Strain through the cheesecloth into a bottle
Place 3 peapods into a shaker and muddle
Add 2 oz of passionfruit
Pour out 27 oz of the mixture from the bottle and shake gently
Strain through a strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
Garnish with samphire
