Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of rose syrup into the shaker
Add 1.5 oz of homemade mandarin peel gin
Fill the shaker with ice, close it, and roll vertically from one hand to the other for several minutes
Strain into a chilled glass
Fill to the top with soda water
Garnish with a lollipop, dried rose petals, and a scoop of lime sorbet
