Place couple of shiso leaves into a shaker
Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of rose syrup, 0.5 oz of sake, 1 oz of dry vermouth, and 1.5 oz of gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a shiso leaf and lemon zest on a cocktail skewer
