Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
2.
Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of silver tequila into a shaker
3.
Add 1 dash of orange bitters
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Strain into the highball glass
6.
Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of honey and 4 oz of club soda into a soda syphon
7.
Close the soda syphon and froth 3–4 times
8.
Garnish the cocktail with foam from the soda siphon and a pinch of smoked salt
