Strawberry syrup

Orange juice
3.5 oz

Strawberry puree
2 oz

Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 10 bar spoons of strawberry puree into a milk pitcher

Add 1 oz of strawberry syrup, 3.5 oz of orange juice and 1.5 oz of white rum
3.
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil

Pour into an Irish coffee glass
5.
Garnish with a chopped strawberry
