Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 0.5 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry, 0.35 oz of Maraschino liqueur, 0.35 oz of Scotch whisky and 2 oz of gin into a mixing glass
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with an orange wedge and a red Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
