Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 0.1 oz of Becherovka, 0.3 oz of red vermouth, and 0.7 oz of Aperol into a mixing glass
Add 1 dash of absinthe, 0.1 oz of raspberry jam, and 1.3 oz of rye whisky
FIll the glass with ice cubes and mix with a bar spoon
Pour through a strainer and sieve into a rocks glass
Garnish with raspberries and bilberries on a skewer and lemon zest
