Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes

2.

Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of homemade passionfruit syrup, 0.5 oz of amaro and 1.5 oz of rye whiskey into a shaker

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly

4.

Strain into the rocks glass

5.

Squeeze an orange wedge and garnish the cocktail with it
