Place the rocks ice into a rocks glass
Pour 1 oz of kefir, 0.75 oz of lemon juice, and 0.25 oz of honey syrup into a shaker
Add 1 oz of homemade pistachio orgeat, 1 oz of red vermouth, and 1 oz of rye whisky
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with crushed pistachios
