Fill a wine glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 1 oz of pineapple juice, 0.8 oz of lemon juice, and 0.3 oz of fino sherry into a shaker
Add 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 2 bar spoons of powdered sugar, and 1.5 oz of botanical gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the wine glass
Garnish with two cucumber slices
