Pour 0.75 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of peach syrup into the shaker
Add 1.15 oz of calvados
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into a chilled glass
Pour in 1 oz of elderflower liqueur into a soda syphon
Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
Garnish with the elderflower foam from the syphon and Sichuan peppercorns
