Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour in 0.7 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of sugar syrup

Add 1.7 oz of botanical gin and mix carefully with a bar spoon

Pour in 0.1 oz of creme de cassis and add a little bit of crushed ice

5.

Garnish with lemon zest and two blackberries on a cocktail skewer
