Cocktail recipe

1.

Whip 1 oz of quail egg white into a bowl until foam forms

2.

Whip separately 5 quail egg yolks with 2 bar spoons of caster sugar

3.

Pour the contents of two bowls into a coffee cup

4.

Add 1 oz of cognac and 1 oz of dark rum

5.

Top up with hot milk and stir gently

6.

Garnish with ground nutmeg
