Place 6 mint leaves into a highball glass
Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place the pulp of a passionfruit into a shaker
Pour in 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Top up with club soda and stir gently
Garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple leaf
