Place 5 sorrel leaves, a chopped apple wedge into a shaker and muddle
Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of pear syrup and 1 oz of vodka into a shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
