Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place a chopped pineapple wheel, a peeled and chopped peach half and 20 bar spoons of cranberries into a blender
Blend without ice and strain into a shaker
Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of peach liqueur and 2 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake carefully
Strain into the highball glass
Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of honey, 1/2 bar spoon of ginger root juice, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of orange juice and 0.35 oz of still water into a soda syphon
Close the soda syphon and froth 3–4 times
Garnish the cocktail with foam from the syphon and a mint sprig
