One sake set is enough for about 5 portions
Place a slice of ginger root into a milk pitcher and muddle
Pour in 3.5 oz of jasmine tea, 0.35 oz of honey syrup, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup and 3.5 oz of sake
Stir while heating but do not bring to a boil
Finely strain into a sake set
Serve in a sake cup with rose petals
