Fill a copper mug to the top with crushed ice
Place the pulp of a passionfruit into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 2 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of bourbon
Fill the shaker with ice cubes
Pour the ingredients from the one part of the shaker into the other five times
Finely strain into the copper cup
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with half a passionfruit and a green basil sprig
