Cocktail recipe

Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes

Place the pulp of a passionfruit into a shaker

Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1.75 oz of orange juice, 0.15 oz of caramel syrup and 0.5 oz of sugar syrup
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Finely strain into the sling glass
6.
Top up with club soda and stir gently
7.
Garnish with a quarter of passionfruit
