Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of Maraschino liqueur, 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur and 1.5 oz of spiced rum
Add 5 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Top up with Sprite and stir gently
Garnish with a red Maraschino cherry, ginger root and lime wedges
