Place 3 blackberries, 3 raspberries into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur and 1.5 oz blackcurrant vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Pour 1.75 oz of heavy cream and 0.15 oz of vanilla syrup into a bowl
Whisk thoroughly
Use a bar spoon to layer on vanilla whipped cream from the bowl onto the cocktail
Garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail skewer
If preparing multiple cocktails at once and using more than 17 oz of heavy cream, it is more convenient to use a cream whipper
