Pour 0.35 oz of galliano into a chilled champagne saucer
Swish the sides of the champagne saucer with it and drink
Rim the glass with cocoa powder
Place 1/2 bar spoon of fennel seeds and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of dark cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the champagne saucer
